Its nice to buy a game and actually be able to play with the homies on Xbox because it has Cross Play. Its a letdown because so many games nowadays have gone the Cross Platform route and its now a huge selling feature to me. I thought over the years that Dying Light would get Cross Play as an almost experimental thing so they can iron out the Cross Play tweaks before Dying Light 2, but I was super wrong. I sort of hate that their isnt more Cross Platform games as a PC Gamer whos friends are allllllll on consoles because they dont want to spend the money on a PC when a console is easy and painless to have. I thought this feature was confirmed in October? I read so many articles about how this is something they had at the forefront of the development, but have now sort of just taken that feature away and "might have it possibly later"? Some articles are saying that this is not a feature available at launch and then developers saying its not gonna happen and possibly might at a later date. So I read recently literally after pre ordering the game, would have anyway, that Dying Light 2 will not have Cross Platform Play. We do encourage original content, however.
